Bacon by the box deliver UK produce to expats living in France, they approached us in 2017 looking for a better way to process and fulfill customer orders, as almost all their processes were paper based.

Customers completed complex order forms which when received by the BBTB team were manually written onto a paper spreadsheet. This way of working was time consuming, prone to numerous human errors and inefficient for an ambitious business.

The solution
Mind Yer Website created a bespoke 'single order automation' web app and built a bespoke website with a customer first ecommerce experience. Customers could now see product imagery, price, weight and total cost.

Turnover significantly increased and every order received was instantly generated into a spreadsheet with zero human errors.
